We bought the building from Metropolitan Housing (now Metropolitan Thames Valley) back in 2019, and it was in deplorable condition. We then remodelled it as two spacious split-level luxury apartments. The original plan of action was to refurbish and renovate for letting purposes. However, on this occasion, the opportunity presented itself for us to sell them. Sometimes the market conditions dictate this, and the profitability from an unexpected sale is too good to ignore. Additionally, the ROI for our investors will be substantial.

It’s also likely the location has made them stand out. When we first acquired these properties, they weren’t exactly in tip-top condition, but we could see that there was massive potential.
