My career began in 1960 at Chumbley & Co., a London estate agency.  I was soon promoted to Manager responsible for the building up of the Company's management, development and auction departments.  In 1965, I set up the Arden Estate Office (later named Eastbank Studios) because to me, the property market represented an interesting and worthwhile challenge.  Despite volatile economic periods such as the early 1970s, Eastbank has continued to prosper with rental income having grown from nil to £2 million.  Eastbank now has a portfolio that spreads across London and is an organisation with assets close to £100 million.

We have attracted private investment since 1994 and have developed an enviable track record of success from our private investors whilst continuing to expand.
