Eastbank offers investors a fixed return of 6 per cent per annum (payable quarterly in arrears) and throughout the term of the agreement, in-depth financial reports are provided.  At the end of the investment term, the investment will be returned as well as half the realised profits (the fixed return and 6 per cent management fee deducted).
