Rental Income We have assembled a portfolio of rental properties which backs up the development side of the Company.  Properties are carefully selected and every property purchased undergoes an accurate rental valuation.  As a result, we have seen excellent rates of growth.  As can be seen from the graph, Eastbank's rental income currently stands at £2 million.

Having established good working relationships with our banking partners over our 40 year history means we can negotiate the best terms for our projects; it also means that they compete for our business - an enviable position for us to be in.  It also gives us the option to leverage funds to their maximum and pre-empt movements in interest rates through the use of hedging funds.
