Eastbank has focused its core strategic objective on the restoration of carefully selected properties needing modernisation. Eastbank ensures that each restoration project is undertaken with an unequivocal finance agreement negotiated with bank long term finance.
Eastbank's restoration policy
Eastbank's restoration policy is to select those properties which will offer the highest return on investment. Eastbank only selects well located and sought after properties (although Eastbank has carried out some high quality new builds) which illustrates what we deliver to investors. An expert Eastbank team of advisors carry out rental valuations prior to purchase and once bought, the property is handed over to Eastbank's skilled craftsmen who are guided by experienced project managers who have spent a lifetime in the building trade. Outside contractors and sub-contractors are bound by agreed contracts and time penalties.
The restoration period is between six and nine months from the date of purchase and Eastbank makes best endeavours to deliver a restoration project within this timeframe. It also gives Eastbank the opportunity to utilise investors' funds up to twice in one year.
