Using our banking partners' long term finance, specific properties are retained for the high return they offer in terms of rental income. Eastbank's commitment to a reduced risk business strategy means that the benefits are two-fold: capital appreciation and increasing rental income. In the last four years, Eastbank has reported a 25 per cent growth: rental income stood at £2 million in 2006 compared to £0.5 million in 2001 whilst last year, the development portfolio totalled £18 million.
