	Jason Arden Managing Director Jason began his career with Marsh and Parsons, the respected London-based estate agent. His drive and enthusiasm saw him rise quickly through the Company - the end result being him responsible for its Commercial Agency department boasting such clients as Chrysalis and Virgin. In 1991, Jason set up Eastbank Property Services Ltd., a residential management office with an initial porfolio of over 250 properties. That company was successfully sold in 1998 and Jason's role at Eastbank is to oversee investment in and realisation of assets. With over 20 year's experience of the London property market and with an in-depth knowledge of the capital's property market, Jason never fails to find the most lucrative property investment deals available in London today.
	Michelle Goldstein Company Secretary Michelle has been a major contributor to Eastbank's success for 12 years. Her role at Eastbank is to oversee property development, investment and finance. She manages Eastbank's residential portfolio and as a result, her role is pivotal. One of Michelle's invaluable responsibilities is to provide investors with detailed analysis of current and future market trends together with appraisals of all our projects.
	Suzie Counsell Interior Design Eastbank's in-house design team is led by accomplished interior designer, Suzie Counsell. Suzie possesses an unsurpassed talent for creating the most stunning interiors. She oversees and co-ordinates every project and it is her skill with colour and light which enables Eastbank to deliver properties which look a more attractive investment proposition. 	Jacqui Walker-Daley Senior Property Manager Having worked for Eastbank for 7 years, Jacqui's areas of responsibility are lettings administration, advertising of available property, credit referencing of applicants, inventories, tenancy contracts and much more besides. She oversees Eastbank's rental income and is credited with having boosted revenue from £500,000 to £2 million.
	Athos Kleanthous Developer Responsible for acquisitions and sales, Athos has the required level of skill necessary to negotiate the best property deals in the capital today. He is an invaluable member of a team that delivers results - time and time again. Athos is part of a development team that has nurtured good working relations with auction houses, estate agents as well as other potential sources of business.
